There is a way! Tried and true this may sound like the strangest thing you ever heard of but it works. I know because 1. I've done it and it last forever 2. I use to work at a dealership and they have done it to cars when we would get a stinky trade in.
Take a box and put fresh grass clippings in it and close it up in your car for a couple of days, then remove the box. It works! And no your car wont smell like grass clippings either.
