I have been checking out reviews of Venders and their products. Jugheads seems to be the one who has everything I want. Sadly to say, I only use PP. My bank does not do interact and I am not about to open an account at another bank. I just want simple. Does anyone have any ideas as to where I should go next? I have been vaping for a week now after going back to analogs for almost a year. Things have changed so much now it is an all new learning curve. I am using the Ego which is what I started with and like very much. So any idea is welcome.

The problem is Paypal blocks transactions for ecigs and related products (juice, etc). Amazon and I believe EBay are also doing this after pressure from various groups. Major CC companies operating in Canada also won't touch ecigs with a 3.3 meter pole. This leaves us with pretty much one reliable/secure method of payment other than cash or debit in person. With the HC ban, brick and mortar shops are very few and far between, and tend to have sporadic hours at best.

The way the first answer is supposed to help you is to show that some vendors can be contacted directly to arrange pp payments, and other possible solutions. I understand you refuse to open an account that offers emt as a service, but you're going to have trouble finding things up here without one. It's pretty much the "standard" for us at the moment.

Yeah, E-cigs in Canada are still a dicey proposition unfortunately. I hope that things will improve given time, but for now this is what we're stuck with. It's unlikely eBay/PayPal will ever lift their ban on drug products (which include nicotine and any devices used to imbibe it), that's just been their policy forever and will likely stay that way. The only way some vendors can get away with it is if they can hide the fact that they're dealing in E-cigs and juice, such as by having an obscure name and instructing buyers to never mention E-cigs when doing PayPal transactions. CC processors won't touch vendors until and unless E-cigs are legitimized here -- again, unless the vendor can obscure the products they handle from the processor, which a few have successfully done.

thanks recidivus, I guess I'm a bit confused. Not an unusual state.

My confusion comes because with my royal bank set up, Jugheads sits right below sask power and right above one of my credit cards in my bill payment page . In other words, I didn't think that there is a difference between adding canvapes as a payee and adding telus as a payee.

Yeah I didn't think there was a bank that didn't have interac e-transfers. And if there was, who the heck would use them? With Royal I pay $0 fees, I get 2 free interac e-transfers a month, unlimited atm, free "other guy" atm usage, plus a whole whack of other stuff like their awesome virtual visa debit.

Seriously, in all my years (and I have had a few) I have never had a reason to use interact. All my online stuff has been done with PP and we do have online banking. So interact is just not an option for me.

I've been doing all my purchasing at Vapor Geek. I too haven't got interac-transfer and no banks have it in this small town. So Vapor Geek allows me to use Pay Pal. It's important though not to mention anything about e-cigs or e-cig products. Just the dollar amount, the e-mail address, and Order No. Otherwise they can be shut down, since PayPal doesn't acknowledge any electronic cigarette products.

Also what I like about Vapor Geek is that there is no added taxes. Here in BC there is no shipping costs on orders of 75.00 or more. If you live outside BC, your shipping is free if you spend $125 or more.

I would suggest to your bank that they get themselves a time machine and teleport into the year 2012. Tell them it's nice here. There's many conveniences they don't have. Like indoor plumbing, phones with no wires attached, and electronic mail ( through which, you can send funds for purchases.

P.s. don't tell them about Justin Bieber.

Just curious. Have you tried emailing Jugheads to see if it would be possible to place an order using Paypal? Maybe they could set something up for you. As long as E-cig is not mentioned on the transaction (im sure they know this) then paypal can be used. Hope you get what you want from who you want. Good luck.
