*sigh* been waiting 3 weeks for my replacement atomizer from njoy, now he says he will just send it again. Let the 3 more weeks wait begin.

Starting to wonder why bother. Maybe I should just try again in 3 years when these things are actually reliable.

This thing is more often a paper weight than it is a cigarette. For over $100. 2 weeks of smoke followed by 1 month waiting for replacement

yay.

Feel for ya Scoop. My replacement NJOY atomiser has been inbound since the 17th (after weeks of contact attempts). God knows where it is - might be held up by customs, might not have been sent. The batteries are being used with my generic RN4072s. The charger is now part of The Octopus. Basically the whole thing got absorbed into the generics. I don't have the energy to fight to keep it as a discrete entity, or repeatedly chase up the supplier. Won't make this mistake again...

Guys, from what I've read, it almost seems like NJoy International is a completely different entity. One wonders why the boys in Arizona don't do something about this company-sinking customer service!

Hey Mac

Unfortunately I'm talking about NJOY US. I went with them because even with the $50.00 shipping it came out $80 cheaper than NJOY Intl. All went to hell in a handcart anyway because UK customs got their fangs into me for $60 (aaaaarrrrggghhhhh!!!!). So I ended up on the end of a too-long supply chain for the sake of 20 bucks. Ah well, I was younger then...

The thing is, Mark is always a really nice guy to me. And always very quick to answer emails. I feel bad that I had to complain to him, but what else can I do. If the package really DID get lost in the mail, I suppose its not really his fault. Who knows, though.
hmmm...they seem to be entering a period of transition and growth...things can get messy at such times...i hope they arent biting off more than they can chew...

You may want to buy one or two cheaper e-cigs like the v2, rn4081 or dse901 as a back up for your fancy model. The atomizers are usually around 7-10 dollars so you can have a few of them on hand in case anything goes wrong(and it will!).

javis is right njoy-whats to enjoy?
over priced e-parts and slow service
Go get ya self a generic dse 901 cheap to run and a hell of a smoker!

nope, not in europe! Canada. =)

Update on my package, it finally came, and what a surprise Mark put in the OLD style atomizer that barely works, when i specifically told him not to. He already sent me one of these and I had to just throw it out because it is impossible to drag on and produces basically nothing at all. And he sends me it again..

This is absolutely amazing to me. Why are they giving out old atomizers when they have ones that work 50x better. Especially to someone who is specifically complaining about a bad atomizer.

I am asking him for a refund, I dont want to deal with njoy anymore.

almost a month wait and I have nothing again. Mark clearly does not care about his customers anymore, and is just interested in whatever deal they're doing with Target.
