I had posted that I wrote njoy 7 am Friday and received no reply.

Well Monday I received a reply from Mark and on the following Wednesday I received the 2 batteries I asked for.

So I guess they are still paying attention after all.

The old Gunny enjoys eating a little Crow from time to time as much as Chicken.

Well, maybe they are still paying attention to a degree, but I've definitely noticed a drop-off in the quality of customer service. Emails are taking longer to get back and tend to be quick and terse when they do....just my observations.

I'm a bit wary of these one post wonders, Leaford. This one looks like a sales drive to me. The usual pattern for new bods is lurk for a while and then post quite a bit (or like crazy if you're Fishy). Time'll tell, huh?

I contacted NJOY asking them for images and whatnot for my e-cig review site, and the images they sent me show the NPRO in several different colors, one of which is black.

Sorry I took so long to answer. I'm a little hesitant to post this as I don't know how "public knowledge" it is. But, since you can view the different colors at www.njoyne.com, I don't suppose it'll offend anyone for me to post them here:

The colors are white, black, silver, and burgundy.

Hi Thats where I bought mine. Great service. PLUS they actually have a phone number and address listed and they did respond to my email questions. These guys run another site qwickiedeals.com and have been around for a couple of years now. It amazes me when I see sites with NO contact information except for an email. I would NEVER buy from a site if I could not contact them or even know where they are located. BTW I just checked the site and if you sign up for the newsletter you get 10% off first purchase. They are also giving a free refill pack with NPRO order. Hope this helps shed some light!
