My understanding: (G6)

a relatively drained battery will turn blue (ash tip) when plugged in

When the battery is suitable for use (~2 hrs starting from drained) the blue light will vanish, but this does NOT mean the battery is fully charged, just that its ready to use

A full charge takes about 3-3.5 hours to achieve

Is this correct?

So why not have a more accurate measure of a full charge? Maybe the charger light could turn from red to green? :) (I should totally patent that idea!) j/k

not trolling at all, just curious about everyone elses charging methods and whether this is something Jay can look into for future modifications

much love

Cyrus

It is my understanding that when the light on the end goes off charging is finished. The battery is always suitable to be used as long as it has some kind of charge, though it may not be ideal.

So that means the ~2 hour charge that leads to the blue LED turning off = a full charge? For some reason I got it into my head that a full charge takes ~3-3.5 hours, not sure where or why!
