Solar powered charger

Is there a solar battery charger out there? The reason I ask is that I like to be in the field for days on end. With no power supply what can I do?

Does anyone have an idea as to how long fully charged batteries will hold a charge for....days or weeks??

I use a V2.

there are solar powered cell phone chargers.. from $20 - over $100 they should be putting out enough power to charge a ecig.. would need to change the adapter to be able to plug in though

a mod might be the easy solution to this.. a lot simpler to pull a few aa's out and replace them. there are instructions on destructables that show how to make your own solar cell charger.

Look in Modders section. Someone made one using the small solar thing from outdoor lights---the kind you just stick in the ground.

I've found a chinese manufacturer that is able to sell a 501 ecig with solar charger included.

I have to buy some samples from him.I hope that this 501 solar charger will work well.

I will describe this 501 with solar charger here in this forum (otherwise contact me in future).

I'd look for one of the solar battery packs with USB output, so that you can charge it up before you leave and keep topping it off while you're in the field- hopefully you'll never be able to run it down and have to wait in the process.
Some of them can even provide enough amperage to run a passthrough directly!
