Horn..CE4 (disposeable about once a month or a lil less)) and CE5's (replacement coils available) clearomizers are easy to buy and inexpensive at FastTech - Gadgets and Electronics in China...$11 for 10..and about a 3 day delivery to you...and a lil splash of vodka in them overnight and a hot water rinse once a week, will keep them clean

Not true, most explosions from e-cigs are from ego batteries left unattended charging. I know there was the one sub ohm explosion recently but most are from ego's.

Alcohol dissolves glue and those are press fit and glued together...
Rinse under hot water and let air dry overnight.
Sugars in the e-liquid can thicken as they are repeatedly heated. The thicker juice tends to collect as it doesn't wick well, so will continue to grow...

Yeah, had the blob invasion about 7 months ago or so, once the wicks become fully saturated with juice, it tends to get gelatin looking, guy though jelly worms were growing or something.
The wicks will be almost invisible when first used and slowly become more pronounced. Color can change due to juice flavor, and sometimes get a black color going from wick back out of the coil.
You aught to see a build that's been in use for a month, pretty scary.

thats the wick.... they turn kind of clear when the juice gets on them....
