This is why I love ECF.

Going through another thread, someone pointed out that the "preferred" way of vaping, does not include inhaling.

I had been a smoker for 20 years, so it never occurred to me to not inhale, as I did when I first tried an analog cigarette, cough cough years ago. So I tried it, with my favorite Tribeca.

Whoa.

I got a taste that matches exactly what Halo haters describe; bug juice / medecine / antiseptic / ... Halo haters are rare but there is always a small proportion of them. I've wondered why, until now.

I'm happy to report that I'm inhaling again, and I like my Tribeca as much as ever, from the same tank/battery! (Halo Triton)

Has anyone else experienced this? (or are you willing to try and share?)

I've tried the non-inhale method just to see if it changed the flavors. I did get a little bit stronger and slightly different flavor off of some juices, but never anything like you're describing.

Though, to be quite honest, I'm not sure I do the non-inhale method "right."

Yea... I dunno. I always inhale. My method is to take a few puffs like a cigar before inhaling one. I do this with my G6s with cartos and my Tritons with tanks. Works for me.

There is a point. Nicotine in vapor is absorbed through the skin, as well as any other tissue it comes in contact with, to varying degrees. Some (few, I suspect) people don't inhale vapor, at all.

I can see that. I loved smoking, though- not just for the nicotine. If all I wanted were nicotine, I'd just get patches, gum or inhalers. E-nic, to me, is the future of smoking, so I vape as I smoked.
