Some advice please?

Got a couple questions for you all. I'm sure you guys have answers and I can't wait to hear them.

I'm looking for an APV for my girl. This might be a weird request but what are some of the lighter ones out there? Bonus points for colors. Double points if we can use the same IMR 18650's and 350's. She has a Vamo at the moment. The features on it are perfect. The only complaint she has is the weight. I recently got a sigelei Zmax. She likes it and more than likely we will just order another one of those.

Now for the other question. Seems like we've tried most of the options out there as far as RBA's and Clearomisers go. She is very happy with the Aga-t+ and so is the tinkerer in me. I'm not crazy about the vape though. Considering trying carto tanks. Smoktech? Boges? Anything I should know before ordering one? Like supplies I might need. Someone want to try to put into words what the vape is like on one of those in comparison to say an aga or vivi?

Thanks for the help in advance. My mom needs a new setup also. She quit analogs after 30 years and is completely sold on the idea of vaping so I'd like to get her something nicer.

What's the take on mechanicals for my girlfriend? From what I've read around here that is when the RBA's really start to shine.

hello there.

as for an APV that function like the zmax & vamo, one might as well get the evic. it can use 18650 & 18350 by interchanging different tubes, which do come in variety of colours.

the CVI Anyvape is another good looker too but havent tried 1 personally Anyvape CVI

as per your 2nd question, im a carto guy myself. mostly i used smoktech's dual coil prepunched LR love the flange cause most of my dctanks supports the flanged carto..and boge's LR is not low enough for me. cartos can vape better than vivis but on some occasion they are nasty when they're about to die.

cartos are easy to use...the cartotanks are great aesthetics to my mods...

aga gives more throat hit & flavour delivery compared to cartos...

The top doesn't screw on or anything plus they'll slowly leak if left on their side. Would I be able to toss a carto tank in my coat pocket and not worry?

If weight is that big of an issue, avoid the Provari at all costs! It's very heavy. The CVI posted above would be great.

mine's an aga-t2 , aga gives a warmer vapor than vivis IMO.the agas really have a lot of potential... like type of mesh you use on darker/thinner juice.. wire size & type etc.. like the regular kanthal vs ribbon kanthal..

been tinkering a lot with mine since i read a lot about them here.. a well rolled wick may only leak a little even after overnight on the side.

i used cartotanks daily in my work pants. they're just fine but accidents do happen with some combo..be it the drip tip is too small, or the o-rings wasnt tight enough. once i ended with tank on my hand and the mod still in my pocket

ss mesh(agas) or silica wick(vivis/clearos) is more to your personal preference in the end, as over good maintenance & set up they vape quite well
