Some KR808D-1 Cartomizers Won't The 901 Adapter

Hi, Steve or anyone who knows about this problem i purchased (4) packs of 5 carto's and only 1 pack fits the flavors that i purchased are listed as follow enery (redbull), Berrylicious, cash cap and hot fudge and only the pack of hot fudge were the only carto's that fit on the KR808D-1/901 adapter all the other flavors did not fit at all. Does anyone know why?? please let me know because it has me really upset does anyone or does steve knows????

i did that and then it was almost impossible to unscrew and it still did not work it. upon visiually inspecting it it seems like the threading on the hot fudge carto was a bit longer then all the other flavors the problem is on the threading.. what can be done?

Hmmmm .....

We can try replacing them PMG, but I am not entirely sure that will help. We can also send you a couple 901 atomizers if you'd like!

i rather have the replacement carto's. My Order number is 24825 what do i have to do so you can send me the replacements and what do i do with the defective open packs carto's since i can't used them?? oh and the pack of hot fudge worked just fine you only need to replace the other (3) packs of the other flavors.

PMG - Open a ticket with Casey. She'll take care of it. I would like to see said carto's first before issuing replacements. Need to check out the thread pitch on them.

Just got my 2nd V2 ( i ordered a 2nd to use with Cartos/Atomz ) I also got a pack of CashCap Atomz. Only 2 out of the 5 Atomz are working. Seems as if i can only screw them down about 1/2 turn and thats all. They wont fire up. The other 2 are fine though. I also tried screwing them down really tight and still noting.

I had some V4L cartos laying around and all of those seem to work.

Seems as if there are issues with the threading possibly on the Atomz, not sure.

I put a ticket in.

Yeah I think they are a bit touchy, My Kamels work great, the Cloves don't want to fire up. Seems like they aren't making contact. Works good on my Protege. I wonder if the manufacturer had a run of carts with a slightly short thread?

If you want to check one out, I can send you one.

EDIT: It "feels" like they dont grab as easily as the carts that work.. I kind of noticed it on the Ace and the Protege too. Last night I remember thinking it didn't just quite feel right, but was still able to smoke them, so didn't really give it another thought.

I managed to get my cartos that weren't firing to work. It's kind of an obvious ghetto fix but it seems to work for now.

On the bottom (the silver piece) it seems like they are just a millifraction short of hitting the adapter.. (the center part where the hole in the cart is). It seems like it is attached to a type of malleable washer.

I took a small paper clip and *GENTLY* worked that piece from side to side with slight upward traction. That seemed to give it the nudge it needed and now it seems to be making contact and vaping fine.

Just to be clear, I am referring to adjusting the piece on the cartomizer NOT the adapter.
