Don't get me wrong, now... Despite anything I say from here on out, I have made up my mind and fully intend on ordering a Maxx Fusion "kit" as soon as I secure the funds for it. I do have some gripes about the website that I personally had to overcome, as a pre-vape noob.

The starter kits seem dumb, and not a value buy. The deluxe starter kit is what I would look at, as a starter, but it comes with "(2) Velvet Battery Pouches". I don't need them, and don't want them. Even if forced to have it as part of an order, it looks like one pouch would hold two batteries, and would have no reason for 2! Why gripe so hard about POUCHES?... They're an extra, some nice flair, right? Nope, those pouches COST!

I can piecemeal an order: 2 batts, wall/usb charger, and a 5 pack of cartos (deluxe starter minus 2 pouches) and see a jaw-dropping price difference. THIS is how I will be ordering. Those pouches kind of stink. I can order an extra 5 pack of cartos and still save money over the starter!

Look, I understand this is probably a packaging issue. It's what YOU get, and what you have to sell. It's a minor gripe, and I'll deal with it by simply ordering by the piece.

A slightly bigger gripe is the general lack of information on the Bloog site. Bottom line, the products don't sell themselves, and rely on outside research (ECF is what made up my mind about my future purchase.)

Problems I actually faced on site:
What the heck is the difference between Fusion and Maxx Fusion, besides pricing? If I'd had the money immediately available when I hit the Bloog site, I would have walked away with an old Fusion and been excited about the savings. But I wouldn't have gotten the product all the rave reviews are about, the product you're working so hard on developing.

Items tend to lack some definition in their descriptions. Starter kits? No description at all, other than an item list. For a noob, I have to hop around the parts pages to find descriptions on each item in the kit. What's the led color on the red and blue batteries? I can choose 65mm or 78mm, but what should I get?

The return policy is stated in two different areas, but one has a typo, and SEEMS to say that only shipping is refundable on anything that isn't a starter kit. The other says 100% on all product. What gives?

These are pretty minor gripes. Since I was referred from ECF, I had an excellent resource to find out almost all the questions the Bloog site left me hanging on. Like I said, I'm set on what I'm going to order, eventually.

By the way, I don't need answers about all the above questions. I would LOVE to see this info clarified on the website I intend to do first and repeat business, though!

A forum reply on that return policy would be appreciated.... Please, please, PLEASE don't force me to get those pricey pouches in order to have a full return policy!

(I hate smileys, and there's never one for "I sound serious, because I'm discussing serious business, but I'm not angry.")

That's funny, I didn't notice that. Seems like they really geared towards the Ultimate starter kit, which is what I ordered. That I think was at least $20 less than piecemeal without the pass-thru, more if you do the accessory pack with the pass-thru.

I agree with needing an update as to what MaxxFusion really is. I see the banner that says 20% better battery life, I click to learn more, I get an order page. Hmm.

...

- MaxxFusion is what you want; Fusion does NOT have the new upgrades. I ordered that starter kit by mistake. I wish they'd REMOVE FUSION from the bloogplanet.com web site entirely. I then ordered a MaxxFusion battery and cartomizers and they are LIGHT YEARS better.
- Getting the regular Fusion first though did allow me to compare to 2 and appreciate the upgrades more, plus I got the chargers. See my review here.

I just tried to view the website today for the first time, and it completely bogs down my work computer. I understand that this work computer is not top of the line, but it literally took me 5 minutes to load the website up enough to click on the accept button for age verification.

Is this the new website already? Or do I need to wait and hope the new one is more streamlined?

the new one will be completely revamped... it will be a while a month or so until it launches tho.... I am assuming the flash is what's making the site slow for you...maybe there is a way to disable flash when viewing our page?

Without quoting that entire post, I came to some of the same conclusions. The difference between the least expensive starter kit and buying items separately boiled down to the velvet pouches & box it all comes in adds about $15. I would expect a kit to save money, even if it is only $1. The lack of descriptions and 'more info' links that really don't give more info are something I hope to see improved on with the new site. Still love the products though :)

Another thing: there was no way to specify in the kit what color batteries you wanted, unless you wanted both batteries the same color. I kept thinking a choice would be offered before checkout, but it wasn't, so I backed out.

So, I piecemealed the kit: mini-PCC, two batteries of my color choice, and even with two five-pack of cartos it was cheaper than the kit, that only includes one five-pack.

And when I got my order, they included the two velvet pouches anyway! Now I use them to spin the cartos. Not bad. :)

But it needs to be fixed.

LOL! I never thought to use those little pouches to do the Taryn spin with. I can't believe I didn't. hahaha Thanks!

I agree that there are issues with the Bloog website, both functionally and design-related. I say this as someone who builds websites and is a Digital Marketing Manager (a fancy title for the person who does the internet marketing for multiple product lines within the company) as well as a consumer.

I think the issue that should be corrected immediately, and is easy to do, is to distinguish the MaxxFusion Cartomizer page from the Fusion Cartomizer Page. They are pretty much identical.

1. Change the meta tags for the two pages so the title for each is different. If nothing else this is an SEO issue. The meta title tag is the information that appears on the top line of the browser window and the "tab" view in newer browsers.
2. Place an H1 header/title at the top of each page that clearly identifies the product line being displayed (i.e. MaxxFusion Cartomizers)
3. Change the product name to reflect the product line (i.e. Reds MaxxFusion Cartomizers and Reds Fusion Cartomizers)

I think these are things that should be done now and not wait another month or two for the new site. This should eliminate a lot of the confusion on where the heck the visitor is and build confidence in the customer that they are buying what they intended. When I visit I still double check several times to make sure I am buying what I intended.

In any event, great product!

Another suggestion: you might consider changing the name of the section called "Fusion Showcase" to something like "Bloog Showcase" so it isn't confused with the Fusion line of products.

Also, on the contact us page you mention a Live Chat feature. I'm not sure, but I don't think you have that anymore, or if you do I haven't found the link to it. You might want to take out the mention of it if you don't have that feature anymore.
