It seems that some people like puresmoker think it's OK to steal someones hard work and ideas.
Whatever some people feel about me, it's unethical to even think about ripping someone elses designs off.

I thought better things about this supplier, but it seems I was wrong.

I have never dealt with this supplier, but I also thought good things about them until I read the thread you refer to. I understand that he was having a rant in it, probably mainly for reasons only known to himself, but seriously, how come everyone's up in arms about a copy one minute and then the next minute, they are happy to condone this sort of behaviour?

To me it appears that they think it's fine in this instance because

1. they have a problem with Imeo in particular
2. they are jealous of his ideas
3. they want a GG because of its superior features but don't want to support it's inventor

I do not have any of this supplier's products but I know people that do and are very happy with them. I find it veeeeery interesting that this particular rant came out at around the same time as a big launch of this supplier's new product..................

This stuff stinks of fear of competition and one supplier trying to bad-mouth another to try and push him out of the market place. There's room for everyone and it's about time these petty jealousies and dirty tactics ended.

Yeah its ashame.. I mean I am not a GG owner and a fanboy of noone,,,, but that thread puts an uneasy feeling inside me.... Imeo I don,t know you from adam... and I don:t care if you are a ..... or whatever.... but some comments that were made was very unbecoming of the character he protrays here....

I know his products had issues but he still has a fan following mainly because of his customer service.... But again that is rediculous and sort of a two faced action....

It doesn:t matter if you price your mod ungodly high IMO... but you are the maker and you choose the value....it still doesn:t justify the childness of that thread.

the funny thing is you ACTUALLY make your stuff..(well as far as I know +P)


I know I am not part of the GG crew.. but I just want you to know that even a nutural person smells how fowl that is......no matter who you are

I can only imagine the firestorm of outrage and cries of foul play when the Sailebao version of his device makes it to market... sheer hypocrisy at best. And yes, I do own one of his devices, and am very surprised by all this.

I posted "over there" (as have many others) that I did not agree with the rant. This is behavior uncharateristic of the person who posted it. I hope it was an unguarded moment, and I expect he may now regret venting, in public, in such a manner.

Oh, and I want to add 1 more number to your list:
4) They do not understand what is so special about a battery holder that can demand a cost upwards of $200.

I have no problem with the cost of the device myself - the market sets the price. If folks think the device is worth the cost, they will buy it, plain and simple.

Absolutely understood and noted. I was of course referring to those who seem ok with this kind of behaviour, not those who, like yourself, don't condone it.

I couldn't read the post because i'm not registered, but from what i understood, I needed to reply that Imeo is not only a talented creator of many inventions that gravitate within the domain of PVs and high voltage, but he is also a renown pioneer. And he is also an artiste, but most of all, a true honest and good man. And the GGs and their accessories are well worth what we pay for.

So everything that aims at attacking Imeo over these issues, or try to discrediting him, is to be rejected, especially by those who consider their poor cheating methods and unethical way of copying others, as an alternative.

Imeo has my full support and such people would only be discrediting themselves.

I'd suggest that starting a thread on ECF with references to they/them/that other place etc.. just contributes to the endless squabbles that take place between said forums.

Why not post comments and questions about the issue in the original thread over there instead of creating another headache here for ECF mods?

I received a pm from a moderator that the link that I show to my people is against the forum rules. I dont know many things about forum rules, I care only for my people. I was ready to delete the link but I saw that the moderator did it for me, so we are ok I hope.

At last, all people will understand what is going on with GG and me all these months here.

Please think that Grant had almost the same price as prodigy, it was made before prodigy and it was a revolution in e-cig community. (I am not responsible for the exchange rate).

But the best thing of all is that GG and all the other things that follow it, like wireless device, 4 in 1 connector, AFS, HV and so many others, made the biggest noise in the e-cig world.

Imeo...this is MrNYFC...I say, just keep on doing what you're doing because it's working. In a way it's a compliment that someone would want to copy your design, but in the end...the GG will always be a GG and theirs will be cheap junk that nobody will ever remember.

All people are trying to reach GG Jason. You see mods from scratch, mods from aluminium, wireless devices, wireless adapters from scratch (even china do this), people make mods for HV atties, they make mods with caps and they put brass caps, they try to engrave, etc. Its a big try to make a GG.

I really feel good because factories around the world and modders too follow me.

Do you know guys that a Japan factory made a GG but Japan people didnt bought it because thery dont like copiers so factory stopped the production? Japan is a country with "strange" people. I always loved them because of the stories I heart about them when I was young, but what they did was something beyond imagination


ps....... but to be glaring in a forum without shame, trying to beat the original creator, showing your 2 faces and some people support this behavior, thats something beyond imagination too.

GG now is in America. That was the biggest fear of many suppliers. So now they deside to work underground. But as a friend post to this other forum, these are dangerous waters.
