Some Questions from a New Customer

Hi newsunshine!

I placed my first order with your company four days ago, and it is still showing a "pending" status. The order number is 55228, and it's for that new Echo kit that was on promotion. Is there something on my end that I need to do?

I absolutely love your site and its prices, and I will probably be your most loyal return customer if all goes well with this order. But I do have a couple questions if you don't mind, and I really appreciate it because I know you must be very busy.

1.) Will you be carrying the dual coil cartos for the Echo soon?
2.) Any thoughts on picking up the Boge Leo? I love that PV...
3.) Will any future Echo batteries that you carry be of the automatic variety?

i am sorry that your payment for your order via echeck has not been processed by paypal. normally it need 3-4 business days to get processed. we will send it out as soon as it is processed.

1. surely. we will bring ego dual coil back in stock next week.

2. as for LEO, we have not tried it. may i know why you love it?

3. thank you for your good suggestion. we will speak with our tech support and see whether it is possible.
