A little while back I got a Torpedo from Totally Wicked. I use cartos, so I just kind of ignored the two attys and the drip tip that were included in the box. I used to use attys/carts on 510's but didn't like the taste of the polyfill.

Anyway, the last couple of days I've gotten some new juice orders, so I figured "What the heck", stuck the drip tip in one of the attys (after blowing it out as best I could), and tried two drops of some juice. I realized I had to "break in " the atty pretty quickly, but once I did, Holy Cow! I've never tasted a juice so absolutely pure - not from a cart, carto, or carto tank.

But then I started trying a bunch of different juices, all in the same atty. And soon enough, all I could taste was a sort of "melange" of different flavors. So my questions are:

Do you try to clean out the atty to try another juice?

Do you just dedicate an atty to a particular juice?

And how many attys/drip tips do you need to really get into dripping on the LT?

TIA

im not a huge dripper as I chain vape and just can not be bothered fiddling with a bottle every couple of minutes but if im changing flavours I just blow the atty out onto a bit of tissue until what comes out is sort of clear
then dry burn it a little, let it cool, prime it with a bit of juice. leave it for a couple of seconds, throw on one or two more drops and then vape

it doesnt always work though, atm my 3 dripping atties all taste of hhazelnut chocolate diy job because for some reason I thought it would be clever to try it in all 3 atties. so im gona run some warm water through them today and let them sit for 24 hours before I give them a bit of a clean tomorrow.

there are a ton of threads dedicated to cleaning atties. Canned air works well for a quickie. I just vape some pure pg/vg (no flavor) to clear out what was in there. PGA and distilled water are my favorite cleaners. Dry overnight. Prime and wait 10 minutes (I always prime with 100% pure VG). You want the wick to saturate before you start hitting that atty.

Hello dekalbave,

I have had my Torpedo for a couple of weeks now and found myself really liking to drip. I also bought the 510 3.5ml DCT and hardly use it.

I use the little black atty with the drip tip that came with the kit.

I set the voltage to 4.5 and drip in no more than 5 drops any more and it leaks into the the reservoir. Just keep a paper towel handy to clean out the reservoir.

I use a single atty and mix flavors or switch flavors and yes there is a "melange" of different flavors but is goes away after a few puffs. That what is fun about dripping is experimenting with mixing flavors on the fly.

Just keep the atty "wet" you will learn to taste when it's getting low, kinda a burnt taste, and time to add drops.

My suggestion of 4.5v is just that a suggestion feel free to experiment. Seems to be a good balance of battery life for me, I can vape all day with satisfying vapor till it's time to change out the battery. I let it get down to 3.6v. Keep checking the voltage.

Hope this helps,

If you are going to drip, you have to get a drip shield. It forms around your atty so no liquid leaks. Check the review out on my page. YouTube.com/VegasVaporz

If you do make sure you get a 510 sealed extendsion as the LT has a flush mounted connector so there is nothing for the shield to attach to. Drip shields are from empire mods and the extensions I like are from gotvapes or madvapes.

Haha yeah. Should have stated that too. Good looking out Master. But it is all detailed in my video. Shows you how to attach and set it up on your lavatube too!
