So I have been using Vapor4life exclusively since I started vaping. I Should mention to start with I am a retail sales manager so I am always looking at how things could be sold better. With that said here is one of the things I think could make your business a whole lot better.

First and foremost is the website. I know where to go because I have strictly been ordering from you, but when I first went to your site I was completely lost. I ended up Emailing customer service because I had no idea what I was looking at or what to look for. I want to refer some of my friends, but I know many of them well be totally lost looking at that website.

I have no idea how to make a website, but when I look at competitor websites to vapor4life most of them look professional and easy to use. Vapornine is a good example along with Greensmoke (Would never get product, just refering to website) Or even Johnson creek (Although thier site is down right now, probably the FDA thing)

So here are my Ideas, not sure how feasible they are but just throwing them out there.

1.) Make a prominent 'New Vapors Section" In that section have the most common things that "New Vapors order I.E the Mini-shorty kit and the sampler packs. Or make a new Vapor kit. When I finally ordered I followed the suggestions given me by the customer service rep I emailed. Which was order the Mini white with orange LED, Sampler tobacco pack and a second order of cartos. Make that a Kit!

2.) You have some good tutorial videos on the site and I think those should be in the "New Vapor Section"

3.) Have a specials section. I know you do but its so mixed with the other stuff it is very easy to miss.

3.) Have a veterans section, For people who have been ordering awhile and know where to go and what they want to order. You can make the veterans site your current site, because again we all know where to go now.

Anyway just a few thoughts.

I guess why the website thing is important to me is it is the first look people get at a company. Especially if your small, you want to make that first good impression. Truthfully when I first ordered I was confused and I'm not computer inept either. Some of the people I would refer are. In this day and age people Normally don't like to spend time trying to figure stuff out, or in my case email someone. I just wonder how many people have been to their site and might have ordered but felt overwhelmed.

I would just like to see the good companies like V4L do well, it seems all the Free trial ones and so one are getting all the press and have all the banners. Ask a smoker about greensmoke, Bet alot of them have heard that name, I know alot of smokers who have heard or even tried Blu. I would like to see V4L get their name out there more and one way to do that is to have a good website experience when people do come to the site.

Again Im no Web page maker, so I don't know all the in's and outs. But even Cignot, which is also a small company has a very nice looking site. Anyway just rambling again. Anyone else have some Ideas?

I think a new vapers section would be a good idea, maybe call it "Welcome to Vaping" and all the instructional videos could be put there. Other then that, I think it is pretty easy to move around in and find what you need. ;)

Once you know what your looking for I agree. I have no problem with the site now that I know how to navigate it and know what I am looking for. New vapors and smokers that I talk too, believe me when I tell you, wouldn't have any Idea what to look for, what kit to buy, flavors and milligrams all that stuff. The one person I did refer to the site who bought something, I gave him step by step what to order and even where to click. He still got it wrong...lol. He is happy though, but he ended up ordering 2 kits because of it. I shouldn't have to explain in detail to people when I hand them the business card, how to navigate the site.

I think when you go to vapor4life.com there should be 2 large choices, your "Welcome New Vapors" and "Veteran Vapors" If you click on veteran Vapors, you get the site as it is, no changes needed. However the New vapors section as described above would have the most common first orders as a Kit, the videos as you mentioned and maybe some tips and tricks type stuff. Make it a simple painless experience and they will order again and again.

Another thing I forgot to mention, but I mentioned it in another thread is their website is not up to date either. They have a Twitter feed that shows they haven't updated Twitter in 49 days. They never post on their Facebook page that I have ever seen. I have, but never seen anyone from V4L post on it. The Video that in on the front of their site is Old and used by quite a few people. Point 'Im trying to get at here is, Its great to have loyal customers of which I am one, But you have to look at building the business and when your a Web only business, your site is who you are.
