Hey, I'm Michael... and I am an ideas person. I've been lurking on here for a while and really appreciate your wealth of knowledge.


I use an IGO W to drip with when I vape, and I'm always annoyed at how i have to remove the drip tip (usually with my mouth) to drip my juice into the chamber.
So, I came up with an idea for a hinged flip top dripping RDA that you could possibly flip open to reveal the coils with your thumb. It could simply be a redesigned top cap for existing RDA's or a brand new product.
check out this old perfume bottle, its the closest thing I could find to my idea --1908 Figural Engraved Sterling Silver Scent Perfume Bottle from halcyonantiques on Ruby Lane
basically, take that cool flip top head, and of course put a hole in the top for the drip tip, and find a way to seal it at the top with O rings, and you're in business... No more removing the drip tip!!!
This could be a great addition to the vaping community.

Oh yeah, thats another thing, I would LOVE to see a zippo sized mod. That might be a project for the mechanically adept

Dripping is very old school, and the better drip tips were designed with a large enough bore to drip through them without removal. The recent revival of dripping with rebuildables hasn't sparked drip tips styled to be used this way, someone will fill the gap...

I don't remember a Zippo mod, but modding a Bic lighter was done years ago...
