Someone else try these...

LOL i am actually planning an order of these very soon among a few other things. I actually have 4 packs of them loaded to my cart atm. It is good to hear that they work very well.
I have tried the clearomizers and even though I do like those, the fact of it all is getting them sturdy just takes too much time. I kept getting wierd looks from strangers when i had to refill them because of the srynge. After the first few fills they didn't wick as well and when I would get it good enough to vape i constantly got a mouthful of juice. That can be fixed by placing some fluval between the atty and the mough piece, but not sure how safe that is.
Modding to make them tougher was very easy but still a pain to have to do every time you got some. The other problem I had been seeing from my husband and my friend was the wiring kept disconnecting from the metal tube. Other than those issues they will still come in handy for mods and other interesting projects I am sure.
All i did was slide the tube up a bit and put a little super glue on the piece that connects to the battery and slide the tube back into place. Then I would take some heavy acrylic gel, or triple thick and coat the entire outside of the tube with it making the tube thicker and stronger. It sets for 24 hours and ready to go. You can get both of those from a place like michael's or from any paint supply store. But it is messy and a pain.

Been using them for a week now. Alternating between two, I'm still getting good vapor and flavor. I think they make my batteries last longer, if that seems possible. I broke out a third one since they're being durable and finally found out how TopVapor Wintergreen is supposed to be. Tons more vapor and flavor than from a regular atomizer/cartridge.

I'll try em in about a week when I re-order my juice from MV. What bugs me a little is that I have cartos that hold 25 drops, for example the IKV gold v2 holds 30 and even the new blu cartos will hold 20, and they're much smaller, so that's a little odd to me. Kinda makes me wonder how much the regular smok tech cartos hold.

One question I have for anyone who used these mega 2.5's is: How long do they last? I use an ego so I have no idea how long your 510 battery lasts. Does that mean 2-3 hours per carto or more?

I got my order Friday and I had ordered 4 packs of the Smok Tech 2.5 Ohm 510 Mega Cartomizers. So far so good on them. We sat down and tested all 20 to make sure they all worked and only one was DOA (the one I intend on taking apart to play with). The new taste from the primer or whatever it is takes about a day to get rid of completely but been using the same 3 for a few days now and no real issues thus far.

I just did a reverse thermometer shake with a condom on the open end and got all that lovely elixer out of them. THanks for the idea.

Ok, a month along with these cartos and I've only been through ten with five still working including the first one I opened. One DOA, two burnt(probably my fault), two gummed up and too hard to vape(probably from my cuban cigar juice, it's getting old).

I think I could have saved the four knowing what I know now about cartos. I'm pleased and ordering more.
