Traditional tobacco, freaking delicious! Turns out, as Google lead me to believe - as well as this site, that Johnson Creek makes the juice for them; more specifically, Red Oak Tennessee Cured is the closest we can get to Blu's proprietary blend. What say you?

Also, is there another, less expensive alternative that anyone has found? I don't need exact, but just close. I don't know what it is about that flavor, but I love it.

Thanks!

I say try a small bottle of the Johnson Creek flavor you mentioned. If you like it get more, if you don't like it, you aren't out much. Its worth a shot.

Oh yeah, for sure! I'm gonna get the 15mL. Just wondering if someone's put in the leg work already and has found a cheaper, comparable juice :) .

JC Red Oak Tennessee is 100% VG --- I like it:) They do make a traditional Pg/Vg mixture, just leave out the Red Oak:toast:

Ha, thanks for that! I had just figured that out too. By traditional, I meant the flavor. :) . I do like 100% VG, but when ordering from MBV I usually do a 50/50 mix. Either way, I'm happy. In fact, there are so many variables, I don't really have a true preference. I get the TH from the nic, not the mix :D .

Thanks for the response!

Honestly, I feel that the JC Red Oak Domestic is a little closer to the Blu ecig taste. RO Domestic is making my transition from Marlboros a little easier. The Red Oak Tennessee Cured, while a really great flavor was a little sweet for me. I might play around with some mixing ratios between the two.

All in all, it really depends on what you are looking for flavor wise and you can't go wrong with either flavor.
