Im using a plain ego with a ptb cart,but im really getting tired of attys.
I really want to try using cartomizers but aside from watching a brief candom method video,im still clueless.

Do you buy blank cartomizers and fill it with whatever?
Can you buy a certain flavor carto then fill it with whatever after it goes dry?
What about the new tanks for egos?Can i use them on my original ego even tho its not a tank?
Also which vendors,from thos listed on the main page,are me best bet with a good balance of price and quality?


Help me upgrade for a better vaping experience!

cartos are refillable by using condom method or popping the top off and dropping liquid into the carto which is the method that i use. Its more convenient to use because you dont NEED to clean the cartos like you clean attys and change filling in carts (ie low maintenance). but they do get nasty after a while - so you can either throw them out of clean them (disposable). a pack of 5 costs around $10. a single atty costs $15. lifespan varies.

as for research goes. there are many review threads and vendors listed on ecf. google searches also bring up anything you want.

Yes, to all your questions about cartos and tanks. Standard cartos can be bought empty or prefilled. They're fairly cheap. Then there is the Mega carto, that holds much, much more liquid than a standard carto, but require a syringe to fill. Be careful if you think you might want to try a Mega carto, because it seems as if different vendors describe them differently. I've been using the Mega carto, which is almost as big as the cone on the eGo. They have a whistle tip.

As far as vendors, any listed at the bottom of the site are OK. As for pricing, that could vary, depending on who is having a sale. I've been satisfied with Liberty Flights, Good Prophets, My Freedom Smokes, Madvapes, Awesome Vapor, and Vaperite. Look through the coupon list which is somewhere on here. LOL

It depends on what you want to so. If you want prefilled and throw away, then do that. If you want to use a combo of prefilled and then top off, then do that. Otherwise buy blank cartos and fill them with your favorite juice. I fill cartos once a day and reuse them until they do not work anymore. I get about 14 to 20 refills per carto. That is about 2 or 3 weeks per carto in my rotation.
