If you drip, I find that the empire mods' drip shield is quite helpful (yes, I'm an enabler).

I had a couple of them but found myself always going back to cartomizers. I didn't use them enought to warrant keeping them in my supply. At times I regret having sold them. I may have to get me another one in silver. Thanks for reminding me.
Keons drip shied has allowed me to break out my old but great LR 901's and use them again, the shield also is good with a 510 using a 510 stealth adapter, just super for dripping these things are.! I also have the very first Empire Beta unit ;-) it's dead center up front in my Avatar

Received my chrome SB today. All I can say is WOW! I have a silver dripper atty on it with a SS drip tip. Waiting on an empire flat drip shield in silver. If I take this new gadget of mine outside and the light hits it, I'll be blinded. It's beautiful. I've been using it for 6 hours now. I even slid it back in the bag and I'm vaping from it so that I don't scratch it. I have a case in route to me but I need the protection now. Plus it keeps fingerprints at bay.

....not including other vaping gear that I don't need but wanted.
Do you see that I have a BIG problem? Actually I don't. I finished paying off my hubby's big truck and I decided that I'm taking 2 payments that would have been spent on the truck and blowing them on myself. I gave up alot while paying for that truck. No more payment...hairball gets to go on shopping sprees for awhile.
So here's my question about the Silver Bullet....what type's of 18650's work the best in these besides what is on the website? I have tons of them and don't want to have to buy anymore. I have everything from 1600mah to 3000mah.
Also, any tips and tricks I should know about? I don't like 6V vaping at all so that's out for me. Any good guidelines to go by as far as caring for the finish? I know nic can eat through stuff...look at what it does to plastic.
I'm sure all my questions are buried somewhere in this forum but too lazy to research them. I am more apt to read reviews about a product than to search for answers to my questions.
And last but surely not least, are there any support groups for people like me that has more than she should have? e!

Hubby and I already have one. Waiting to get a Lava tank on it. Then I'll probably have to see about getting them refinished. I think ours are from the first or second run.
Sounds like the Hairball might be walking away from Cartos for a change of pace here for once, Hair once you start dripping with that set up I think you may find you really like it and the flavor will shine over cartos way better. If you get a chance grab some of Issacs new i06 Attys they totally Rock 1.8ohm with a nice AW IMR 18650 in your SB and you will be in heaven, by the way 4 drops of a nice VG juice in this I06 Atty and you have yourself 15 vapes and that's no BS !
hairball, can you snap a shot of a Lava on that SB? I want to see what it looks like so I know if I should order one of the tanks or not.
No..not walking away from carto's but trying my hand at atty's again. I need to use up the ones I have..which is too many. I keep them around for testing flavors. Carto's are where my taste buds will always be. I tried vaping with a LR306 today and boy, I'm outta practice. I hit metal taste a couple times bad enough to make my eyes water and send me into a sneezing fit. I have a 5 pack of dripper atty's but the leak too easily. I bought a plain drip shield to match the SB..just waiting for it to get here. A chrome sb, silver flat drip shield, and stainless drip tip...shhhexxxxyy! Now just waiting on my case from serenitygear to protect my new baby.
BM..here is the best pic I have with a lava tank on the sb. Sorry it's a little fuzzy. The kid has a nice camera that I don't know how to even turn on or which lens to use. Once I get her home a full day I plan on having a photo shoot of my mods. Excuse the towel..my desk was a mess when I took this.

Why would you want to change from a Lava Tank? That Mercury is exactly what I'm looking for for Hubby's SB. Boy are they hard to get a hold of.
LOL I think i am going to have that problem as well hairball. There are TONS of mods i want but i think the next one im going to buy is a Silver Bullet possibly. Its either Silver Bullet, Buzz Pro or Saber Touch.
