Another thing i just realized is maybe your wicks are not soaking correctly. Are you filling the clearos enough so that the wick is constantly sitting in liquid? I noticed that if this is not done the wick can easily burn which causes serious coughing in my experience and can really destroy your throat making vaping very unpleasant.

I have the same problem with Pg liquids... they clog me up and make my throat feel like its full of mucus.. i avoid pg now and i have no problems...

Thing is...with different people there are different reactions. VG for ME causes the symptoms you are attributing to PG in YOUR case! VG clogs me up, causes my body to produce too much mucus, and makes my lungs feel like they are congested. So ...for ME...VG is not a good fit, although I've taught my body to tolerate a little. No more than 15% in my mix.

As vapers we get our nic from absorption in the mouth and nose and NOT from inhalation. So it is sort of a different process than the direct lung inhale we were used to as smokers.

We suck the vapor into our mouth and hold it, some inhale a bit of it, then blow out through mouth and/or nose.

It is hard when first starting to relearn how to "Smoke" but for me anyways it fixed the choking/coughing.
