I am not recommending this particular seller, but I use the xtar mp2. Travels nicely and I plug it into my PC at work..

I Just use the charger I bought with my full size ProVari for the 18350's. It works just fine. I hope that I'm not doing anything wrong. It's really for the 18490's & 18650's, but works OK for the 18350's. There are certaintly better chargers out there.
