Nope, they've been available for a few months now.
Lots of fakes out there though. Only buy from known, reliable vendors.

Yup, as Mooch said they've been available for a while now.

I don't know Element Vape, but you can get them for $6.00 each at Illumination Supply and they are a known, reliable vendor.
