VTC's can handle .14Ω if you go by the continuous rating (safe), and as low as .07Ω with the pulse (not as safe). You have to remember tho, not many ohm readers available can accurately measure under .1Ω so be careful if you enter that super sub ohm territory. Know your battery safety and what to watch out for, and chain vaping is a big no-no.

As far as .23Ω... Yeah, you're safe. The batteries could handle that amp draw straight, without a break, from fully charged to fully discharged and shouldn't vent. You'll never do that vaping, but it means if you do something like forget to put the locking ring on and set your mod down you'll come back to a burnt wick, popped coil, and probably melted insulator or two... But your battery won't explode :p

Alright, I'm trying to get a cloud build done for an upcoming cloud comp here in my town. The one I built is good, but not what I need it to be. I've done stove top, nano, sleeper, you name it short of the crazy builds. I'm working on an inception but I wanna do it in a sleeper format. Still trying to get the design down for a storm a dripper

Alright, I did a quick for test and some of juice on the coil caught fire, was very similar to trying to light a dead bic, lasted maybe half a second. The juice was there from when I dropped the coil on the deck trying to get the leads in.

That is common and will happen if you dry fire a coil with some juice on it. Doesn't happen with a wet wick though.

Your vaping in a safe range for the battery.
