sony vtc5 in a nemesis mod

i was wondering i could use sony vtc5 in my nemesis mod at .8 ohms and above safely

Yes, they can handle pretty low sub ohms.

Yes...I do it all the time...lower too. Its one of the most highly recommended batteries for doing this. As long as you follow the standard precations listed all over this forum.

It is indeed the best battery out there right now.

At 0.14 ohms you will just reach the 30 amp continuous discharge limit of the battery. The continuous limit is the limit at which the battery can be run from a full charge to dead in one long burst. As vapors we don't do this, so we can observe the pulse limit instead, which is 60a, allowing you to run 0.07 ohm coils at 250 Watts.

There was someone here in Texas that had a 007 coil lol. I think it was 20 or 22ga kanthal. It was a fricken smoke stack!

OT: Vtc5s can indeed handle that and much lower as these guys have already said. Personally, anything about 1 ohm for me I like to use more on regulated devices because to me they taste better on a lower wattage and I don't want to run a kick.

Sony VTC Series are awesome batteries for any mechanical. Its all I use in 18650 form. These batteries will due .8 and then some, and never break a sweat! I think the VTC4 & 5 are the best available right now.

Nope, even if it was outputting 4.2volts, it wouldn't be reaching its amp limit. Love these batteries <3
