There is no definite way of telling unfortunately. You can improve your chances of getting genuine batteries by buying from a trusted vendor as opposed to amazon or ebay. The only way of knowing you have fakes is if they perform really badly, unfortunately this is quite subjective and not really reliable. Nice photos by the way.

They send this picture to me and told it is easy way to test battery is original or fake, just test resistance, normally high amp 30A battery resistance is 9-15ohm only.
That's true?

It's not easy to test the internal resistance of cells and in any case you need specialised equipment. I have the Opus bt-c3100 charger that can measure the internal resistance but it's not very accurate and the reading can vary from reading to reading. The resistance from the charger terminals interferes. It's possible to take multiple readings, average them, and compare to another battery. That wouldn't give you an accurate internal resistance reading but rather a point of comparison, and you'd need at least an advanced charger capable of such functions. Far more expensive than buying new batteries from a trusted vendor.

Sure, it probably can, but what's the price of it? And remember that internal resistance will change when the battery is under load, and it will increase as the battery ages. You'd really need other batteries to compare the internal resistance to, rather than just comparing to the manufacturer numbers (if you can even find them).

helps when you know it's not a 30a battery... it's a 25a battery.

Buy your batteries from a known supplier of genuine batteries and you don't have to worry (much) about fakes. I usually buy from RTDVapor.com or IMRBatteries.com.

Here's a method, although I wouldn't worry about the internal resistance of any of my 18650 cells. When it starts to lose vape time, recycle it and spend $6 for a new one.

The method below makes sense, since you are measuring the voltage at the battery with and without the external resistor and comparing it to the voltage drop of an outboard resistor that can be measured. The internal resistance of the battery can be calculated based on the voltage drop with and without an external resistor in series. What's not dropped across the external resistor is due to the internal resistance of the battery itself.

How to measure the internal resistance of a battery? - All
