The Leo sounds cool only thing I don't like about it is that they say its a proprietary atomizer design which possibly means you'll always have to order the exact replacement from them, not mixing and matching and trying other atomizers and using adapters like you have the freedom to do with most other products.

I vote for the Infero. Watch this guy's video review, and check out my comments further down in the thread:

Think it a little like buying a car, a lot pends on what you want it for, how often you want to use it, how
reliable, how easy to fix / get parts for? Were you a heavy long term smoker? Light, occasinal
Marl Ultra lite smoker? 3 cigs a day or 3 packs a day?

Leo is like a Chevy Volt, new and not as widely available for parts, but may be the next hot seller, been considering one myself.

The 510 / eGo models are like the 57 Chevy / Chevy Nova types, popular, lots of possible options, easy to use.
You can get a basic manual tranny with the standard engine, easy to option, put some headers on later.
That is attys (in various ohms, manufacturers) cartos, mega cartos, mega batteries (510 & eGo) drip tips, etc
Reliable vaper that will provide your nic without fits.

The DSE810, long sleek sporty, like a Camaro, Firebird type, parts are available but stocked in
slightly fewer places.
Good vaper, good taste, can be a little tempermental at times but over all a good PV.
Nice on my pass thru, but the attys don't seem as rugged as my 510s

The KR808, a little like a Ford to the 510's Chevy, (I'm a Chevy guy so haven't tried one YET)
Reported to be similar in function, better taste and reliability to a 510.

The Mini's are the Datsun 510's of vaping. They produce vapor but you don't want to have to go
up a long steep hill. Owned one as my first and it hooked me, but as a 1 1/2 pad smoker it
couldn't supply the nic, but looked just like a cig. If you seldom smoked, or need a small auto
they produced vapor but need refill too often.

Super-Mini, the golf cart of PV's useful under certain circumstances.

Mods - the Porche, Ferrari, Lamborghini of the vaping world, although there are cheaper box mods are available

It's like being a little kid in a candy store with all the flavors and options I've had my little m401 for a year same 2 batteries and 3 atty's, but yet i'm still smoking 2 1/2 pad along with vaping. So I definatley need something strong and heavy and should've upped the nicotine when I first started. But i had a friend who got me the kit and enough liquid to last for a while so I can't complain to much for what I didn't pay for but I'm ready to ditch the analogs for good or at least I'm hoping to. And everyone has such good advice but I must admit the car comparison's kinda helped explain things in a new light in a good way. Thank you for that.

I ADORE how you worded that post. I'm a car fanatic, so that not only made my day, but it helped me understand some of the other models better! I'm not quite a noob to vaping. I've been at it for a few months shy of a year now. But, I stuck to one model, one company until just recently (the tracking numbers say I should have my new kits sitting in my mailbox tomorrow afternoon!). But, this post was a lot more informative than having to scour these threads for what the best are. In my opinion, that post should be cleaned up and stickied. (btw, I went with the KR808D-1 model. I guess it is fitting since I own a Ford Minivan! LOL)

LOL I'm sorry! If it makes it any easier, I just got the KR8 today and am loving it. Much more flavor than what I'm used to. I just tried Mint Chocolate Chip and am in heaven.

But, if you want a box mod, I'd go that route. I want to try one of the Ali'i ones... once I can get that kinda cash and still have enough juice to vape... I'm liking that Leo, though. I might have to get me one o'them...

Figuring those 2 1/2 pad wasn't Marl Super Ultra Lites, only smoked half way down?? :)

You sound like I was, in it for the nic, big time. For me it took an eGo battery, adapter
to DSE801 atty (bigger carts, more juice) with 30 - 36mg/mL vaping like a house a fire.
Once I was past the cravings, I have been cutting back on the strength and amont of
vaping without really trying. Hang in there, it can be done!! :vapor::vapor::vapor:

I'm more partial to the roughstack. Like my eGo 'cause it looks like a half-corona, and was disappointed when
I got a 900mAh battery. Figured it would make it look like a full Panatella but it's too small.

I don't know much about the Inferno, but if you like a warm vape then try the ego with a lr atty. The cone really made a difference in the temp for me. I have made numerous box mods, copper pipe mods, I have a pure smoker V3, kr808, 510 megas, and a dse905. I only use the ego though. The leo might be a good PV, but the atty is $10 and only a hand full of vendors sell them. So you would either need to stock up on atty's or hope they can keep their stock up. The Chinese New Year is coming soon by the way. I have seen some vendors sell out of almost everything they had during this event.

Well, I've never seen a roughstack, so I don't know about those. I did find a nice, very pretty Chuck on the classifieds. If I can get the money before she sells it to someone else, that Chuck will be my first ever mod. I kinda gave up on the Leo, and even more so since resist specified about the attys. So, the Leo is out for me. Hopefully my first mod will be the Chuck I found. After that, I think my next stop will be the Ali'i. I'm going to be saving up for that one for a couple months. I want one. I want one bad.

Leo looks nice but my arsenal is all 510 threads. Concerned about that proprietary atty. Not much choice right now if you really dig LR atty's for the big vapor and TH. If they had more atty choices I would be tempted since the Leo does look sweet and the price is reasonable

I agree wholeheartedly. I think February might get me a 510 with an LR atty. Maybe March if I need February's cash for more DIY juice. I don't see myself needing any in January, as I made a bunch this month. Only reason I'd make more juice next month is if I stepped down my nicotine. I'm at 13mg now, and might step down to 11mg soon, but I can do that to my current bottles by adding a little extra PG, which I have handy.

Where's the best place to buy the 510 and LR atty? I've seen numerous places, but I'm working on a tight budget. (I'd like to not spend more than $30-$40 for two batts and two attys if at all possible.) My current shop destination is LitecigUSA because I love the customer service I got from Shawn. I'll have to have a look at what he has available.

Haha, I think of the Ego as a Honda civic... maybe even an accord.

OK, sounds like you may be a little younger than I. :)
But the analogy holds, people do soup up Hondas, headers, glasspack, new turbos,
new cam shafts, etc....(for drifting, whatever that is..)
For me a 57 Chevy / Nova small block was the vanilla icream cone you
started with, and optioned up.
