My first dripping "journey" was with a 510 bridgeless atty and (get ready....!) Clove WOW! - 36 mg.!!!
The term "star-gazing" took on a whole new meaning!!:D
Generally I use IGO-L's....I have 3 and use a different one for different juices....then there's the RM2 and IGO-S (both modded for bottom-feeding) that I use on my Reo.....all my rda's are single micro coil and vary from 1.2 to 1.8 ohms.....
BTW.....NO MORE 36mg dripping here!!:) 18 as a rule.....24 (like Boba's Bounty) if I feel the "nic need"......!!!;)
Happy (vaping) Trails!

I have a punchy menthol that was rough at 18MG on a BL atty. 36MG clove would have had to been roooooough.

Glad to see you use IGO-L's. I just ordered one of those to 'learn' some rda, and have a 'simple' one for basic things. I also got an aqua and helios clone to try when I master the IGO-L. But if you have 3 of them, it's pretty reassuring that I'll like the one I ordered for something.

And I also know who to ask if I get stuck setting it up?

IGO-W is probably the easiest to set up and use, and they're cheap.

I don't see how one atomizer, pretty much identical besides diameter, is easier to set up than the other.. If you get an igow, go ahead and file down the ends of the contact screws. I kept breaking legs when I first got mine.

I'm also a newbee to dripping and am debating between a Helios, Patriot and a Igo-w. Any suggestions?

This is the RDA that I like.
    A7 Stainless Steel Rebuildable Atomizer

The A7 comes with a 2.4 ohm coil installed. Before you use it, dry burn to heat the coils, and then use tweezers to squeeze the coils together (micro coil). It will surprise ya.
