SOS, slippery fingers dropped ego batt :(

Hey all... so... I'm just plain clumsy and dropped my 650 mah USB-passthrough Inferno battery (full charge) and it immediately started acting like there was no charge at all (flashing LED, just not firing off). I plugged it into the USB port and it's doing the same thing. Did it somehow fall just the wrong way to bust it? And that's obviously bad on me but shouldn't they be made a little sturdier than to not withstand a fall from sitting at my desk? Any input on the problem would be much appreciated, or if you think the batt is good as dead and that might be a warranty-covered issue. If it's not it's not really that big of a deal, just sucks. Thanks in advance!

I broke one...well, it still works, but the button is wonky...by dropping it on a ceramic tile floor. I also have destroyed several cartos by doing the same thing. Did it roll off the desk? That's what happened to mine.

Yeah, exactly. Put it down and it just rolled right off. Did you claim warranty on yours or am I dreaming? I obviously made a mistake, so I may just need to shell out the money for a new one. Mine does not seem to be working at all.
