Sour taste from sweet menthol e-juice?

Today I have been noticing that my favorite juice blend (18mg cool menthol + 2-3 drops 12mg Spearmint) which is normally very sweet and cool, tastes quite sour. I am using a Kanger EVOD. I have cleaned my tank and head, and this is the only juice I use in this one. does anyone know what could be causing this?

Is this a new bottle? Maybe a different batch came out a little different?

Or maybe over time it steeped and the flavor changed?

Have you tried dry burning your coil ?

@Amraann: both bottles are less than a week old and did not have this taste before this morning.

@Shabbar: I have not tried that yet.

I notice a sour taste when I have burnt a coil.

There are many videos on you tube that will show you how to do this , its fairly easy to do .

Or just pop in a new coil and see if it does the same .

It may just need a new coil, this one is almost a week old. But I will try the dry burn first.
