Sour-TFA

Recommended mixing strength: 0.5% to 2%. Probably best to start low.

I will say I've tried it, it doesn't really do what you are hoping IMO.

Just adds a "tingly acidity" (which admittedly is why things are sour), but it does not really taste sour to my palette just a hint of tingle.
