Source for batteries with known "C" Ratings?

One of the important characteristics of a battery is its "C" Rating, which is what to multiply the mili-amp-hr rating to determine how much current it is safe to draw from the battery. However, this rating is typically missing from web sites such as madvapes, even though they are a major source of parts for modding. A "ticket" inquiry also failed to get any more details.

Is there an E-cig modding supply source that includes the C ratings for batteries?
