I don't think your going to find any I have been checking around in the smoke shops and they haven't had anything yet.
I may have found a supplier ... need to do a little more research but it's looking promising.

Not sure on physical locations. If you are looking for plain/unflavored Nic juice vendors in the relative area, One Stop DIY shop has unflavored. They are in MN, and if you aren't too far from the border the shipping is generally very fast. Shipping might be as local as you may get. A lot of vendors are based out of IL. A few in the tri-state area. (WI, IA, MN. Not to be confused with NY, NJ, CT.
