I was astonished today, loooking thru vendors who sell mechanical mods and batteries-------- and seemingly no good old fashioned multimeters for sale on their sites.

Altsmoke. (unless I missed it)
Myvaporstore

etc........actually, I'd be here all day making the list.

Seems like this would be an item that every vendor who carries mechanical mods would and SHOULD have available to their customers, as we are always always preaching about it here.

Seems rather a huge oversight, and somewhat bordering irresponsible of people who sell batteries and mech mods not to have an old fashioned regular multimeter to go with these items so that vapors can place in their carts?

I agree with this thought. It'd be nice if they sold screwdrivers (the tool, not the drink), cutters, and scissors, too. They'd prolly sell as many of them as high end mechs. At least they could sell resistance checkers (since they're really only useful for vaping) - many of the shops I've visited don't.

Well, nobody with a mechanical mod and lithium batteries should be vaping w/out a multimeter.

It's not like "nice to have items" like extras....... I consider it a NECESSITY, for their personal safety.

JMHO

So now the vaper has to go where to get one? Ebay? Antoehr store? And pay shipping again, etc.???

Hah - safety seems to be the last of the concerns some B&M's I've been in have.

Papa, vape store locally tells customers to charge overnight. I flip.

One day I was in there, he was telling customer that, then looked over at me and said "but she will disagree with me but she is the only one....."........LOL I guess they are just not knowledgeable or don't want to be as *careful* as I am about stuff.

Hey, I don't even burn candles in my house (one of the TOP causes of house fires statistically) unless its near me in same room and I am awake and nearby.

I have lots n' lots of mini LED flashlights for when we have power outages (which is about 50 times a year out here) LOL

One of the greatest reliefs of not smoking for me? Cigs were often dangerous. There were a few times I was rushed adn left the house and then wondered: "did I empty the ashtray? Did I leave a cig burning?"

That and having one falll into the car while driving.......

No, you didn't miss it - no ohm meters or DMM's. I just checked. That really surprises me because their store in Louisville, KY does carry ohm meters (no DMM's) as well as hold rebuildable classes monthly. My last visit was 6 months ago.
