Got the goods today in the mail. That's a pretty quick turnaround and from Arizona to Ohio, no less. Another thing I liked right away...the juice is clear. The cocoa isn't clear but I wouldn't expect it to be. Based on past experience with handmade juice, I'll let the stuff sit for a week or two before loading up some cartos. What's the consensus on steeping? I typically keep my juices capped and in the fridge.

I usually take the top off, pop off the drip tip and let them get air for several hours... then put it back together...give a shake and let stand for about 3 days...that seems to work pretty good for most of mine, unless they are big bottles...by big I mean 60 ml or larger... then I move it to smaller bottles.... I like to get past steeping as fast as I can.

But this is all JMO... not sayin it's right, or the best way it just works for me.... I'm sure many more will jump in with their thoughts..

I keep mine in a gift box (because good juice is a gift to myself?) (That sounds so corny, actually, it's just because it's pretty and I like pretty things) on top of my wardrobe. Safe from little hands, and stays cool and out of sunlight. Actually, it started out as a gift box, and then turned into a big gift box for PV spares and juice that was steeping, and a medium gift box for juice that was good to go. Then because I had so much Juice its a flat gift box with spare PV parts I don't need right now, boxes of cartos, empty bottles etc, a big gift box with juice that is steeping, a medium gift box with juice that is good to go right now, and a smaller gift box with my every day juices, 2 spare batteries, a box of cartos, 3 x drip tips, 2 Jessy atties and a charger. That one lives on top of the fridge in the kitchen.

When I started vaping I thought I could keep stuff in one box. Then I joined this forum. See what you've made me do????????

Sorry, what was this thread about?

Oh, how did I forget??? I also have my eGo pouch, which is usually on the high bench in the kitchen, or in the loungeroom with me if the little one is in bed. It always contains a full eGo, a full Jessy, a couple of drip tips, a full carto or 2 and at least 4 x 5ml bottles of juice, which vary depending on what I'm into at that specific point in time. And a tissue. LOL. It's also what I throw in my handbag to take to work every day, or when we go out. I am paranoid about ever being caught without sufficient PV stuff, and reaching for one of hubby's cigarettes.

I really should take a photo of it all. And share. Because you won't get all "OH FFS!" like my husband. He doesn't get vaping. But I'm not pushing the issue. People trying to get me to quit smoking sure didn't work for 24 years. If he wants to try it some time, God knows there's enough of the crap, oops, I mean supplies, in various parts of the house.

SC: I always transfer big bottles into bottles of 10mls or 5mls to steep quicker. Fortunately mine usually ahve a good headstart, given the 3 weeks transit time. But the 60 and 120ml bottles still need a bit of help. I've never had to steep a 30ml or less bottle, again because of the transit time. Can you see I am trying to find a positive in the transit time? Man I HATE the transit time.....
