I am steeping my juices on top of my monitor, as it gets a bit warm on it, but not hot. I know people say to store your juices in a cool, dark place to steep, but using the method in the link, does it give the same results as steeping naturally? And in that case, why doesn't everyone just keep their new juices in a warm temp all the time to hasten the steeping time? Just wondering... if this method does truly work and lower the time needed to steep juices (compared to doing it normally), why don't people recommend storing it in a warm/dark place to steep? Oh, and I've also left my bottles on top of my monitor for a few hours, shaking them about every 20 minutes. Is that too long? I want to 'speed' steep it to like 3 weeks or something.
