Spinner 1300 lights/flashes/charging

ok, light stays on last night while charging at first (read that's normal, ok, no problem), so today, charging it, light flashed 10-15 times when first put on the charger, then goes out. take it off the charger, get some flashes (Vision only knows what his indicates, and they aint tellin), all is well. anyone have any clue about the flash counts, what they mean, why the button light stays on, or, doesn't when charging? i'm sure the flash count is indicative of something, would be cool if the manufacturer told you what. any clues? thanks. does it sense the ambient lighting in the room and then do the opposite of what it reads. ha. thanks if you know anything about this that would translate into discernible logic flow or pattern.

1.When the battery has run down when first inserted the button LED flashes quickly 3 times and then goes out for a few seconds and then comes back on and stays on. The charger light turns red.

2. Once it reaches a certain charge state, the button LED flashes rapidly 8 times and then goes out. But the charger continues charging and the charger light remains red for about 30- 45 minutes the charger LED turns a solid green.

It seems to charge using a two stage process but cannot confirm if it is employing a CC/CV charge which is correct way to charge Lithium Ion batteries, but it certainly behaves that way and it is NOT a faulty battery.

It's perfectly all right to remove the battery after stage 1 has completed and use it it may even extend the life of the battery.

any idea on why the button lights when charging sometimes, and sometimes not? anything to do with the amount of charge it retains, like maybe the light comes on if it is really low, and if it is in the second stage, still retains a decent charge, it won't light. does that make sense? same with the flashes of the button when you take it off the charger, resetting the chip? not a clue here.

not sure man, I see so many questions on this I put emails in too two different vision people, hopefully they send a reply and I can post it for everyone. used my spinner about 3 weeks b4 other things got here.
it worked and i cant say i ever even looked when it was charging to notice this stuff.
