"spoonful of sugar" flavoring?

Has anyone come across a "sugar" flavor in any browsing of the flavoring retailers? I've seen "burnt sugar", but not what I'm hoping to find. No cotton candy, either. Thank you!

I've heard that Splendex artificial sweetener is worth using.
