Just got my custom liquids

clove/cherry & clove vanilla

Just like the analogs used to be.

Also a note on customer service. I selected the wrong clove liquid in my order but put what I was trying to achieve in the notes.

Sunday night at 11pm I get an email suggesting the kretek clove liquid in the mix 8-o. I reply figuring they will get it Monday. By midnight I had a response and as I said due to the recommendation it was exactly what I wanted .

Most places would have just mixed it like I asked and let me deal with the outcome.

You lucked out my DIY was horchata clove and something else and the clove is horrible not Geoff fault. I wanted something spicey like pumpkin spice flavor NOT! I learned my lesson it's a Rossetti down the drain!

markimar, sorry. This is one of the cases you should have contacted us first, we would have likely discouraged your choices.

Also in some cases, we have to give our customers credit that they are aware of what they are ordering and just make the liquid.

In almost ALL cases though, if you are not POSITIVE about the combination you are ordering, you should CALL US AT 888-389-3229!!!

Mr T. I place no blame on you or your team! I know full well mine was my lack of knowledge and expertise. I took full responsibility for that blend. I posted in. Couple of the other threads about my stupidity on that order!
So no blame is aimed at you or your wonderful team. It was a lesson learned on my part.
You guys make the best juice out there. This was just my bum DIY.
Any noobs to tasty vapor don't mis read my comment as to my poor attempt at a DIY! He was just following my instructions on the blend!
