18 mg nic, 50/50 I think, on a 3.7 Inferno (ego), xxl Smoktech carto, steeped a week
Color- Orangish brown
Smell- caramel
Vapor- Good
Throat hit- not much for 18mg
Subtle, med. flavor, strong- Medium
Non sweet, slightly sweet, sweet, very sweet- Slightly sweet
Clean (free from perfuminess/chemical taste/soapiness)- Yes clean taste

Rich, milky, gooey caramel and then bam!!!!! Menthol!?

It is like you (and I) would imagine it to be. No description on the site and no need, the name says it all. I bet someone mixed this by accident in their carto and thought hey this is good stuff! Maybe during a mad candy binge around Easter or Xmas someone had a bite of a peppermint patty with a Rolo still in their mouth lol
Do you see many caramel mint candies at the store? Exactly. If you are curious about this flavor so was I. Just mix some caramel and menthol at home if you have it and decide first if it is a good idea (or vape caramel while chewing minty gum).
Is it bad? No, no of course not. The caramel they use is a very good one. The flavor is just weird that's all. If you love everything mentholated your search for a caramel menthol is over. Hey, you gotta try new stuff sometimes!
My preference order in the flavors I tried from Spring Vapor:
1. TIGER BAIT (but probably wouldn't run it all day)
2. BLACK LABEL RY4
3. BLACK LABEL 555
4. DUN-KIN HEINZ CHOCOLATE FROSTING
5. CARAMEL FROST
