Rant Warning: What the hell is wrong with Stattqualm, they seem to repeatedly make just enough Squape R/Squape stock to leave 95 percent of the community/demand without anything? I cannot stand the constant lack of production. They did the same thing with the original and then supposedly went into R&D mode for a few months and then did the same thing again...10 minutes worth of stock, if that, and I guess the community waits another couple of months for the colors. Did none of their research tell them that they should maybe ramp up production? Or maybe their intent is to create such demand so they can ramp up the price? I don't know maybe it's me....RANT OVUH.

Okay...had to get that out of my system....better now.

Hope all enjoy their Squapes....me....I'm all set.

Peace and vape On!

I was able to go down to VapeRev and pick mine up! (#0054)

This tank is VERY nice!

You know when the wick is very wet, and you take a drag and it snaps and pops? I happen to really prefer when my atty does that, and this tank does that ALL of the time!

NO leaking, NO dry hits... every hit tastes like a dripping atty!

I had the guys at VapeRev build my atty so that I could vape on it on my 45 minute drive home, and they built a .8 ohm coil, with a cotton wick. He used VERY little cotton, and cut it off so that it doesn't fold down at a 45 degree, but simply runs to the top of the juice channels...

Thing hits like a freight train, and delivers tons of flavor! Honestly... the best way to describe it is it tastes like a dripping atty, with lots of juice on the wick, every draw!

Air holes... very easy to change opening size, and it doesn't feel as if there's any chance of the setting changing without your wanting it to change. I also have it set on the third smallest size (only two holes smaller), with three more larger size openings, and I'm getting tons of air... If I want to take a lung hit, I'd open it up even larger, but for a mouth hit, this thing is plenty airy even on the 3rd hole!

I had the bonus luck of meeting one of the principles of Statt Qualm, who is visiting Los Angeles, and came to VapeRev for the launch of the Squape R.

Bottom line, any of you who has ordered one of these tanks, and is waiting for it, is not going to be disappointed!

How is the vapor production? Looks comparable to the kayfun from the youtube vids that I've seen.

I guess it depends on how you have it set up. For me, running a 1.4Ω coil @ 4.2 volts on a Provari with the AFC wide open there is no comparison. The SQuape R blows a KF out of the water in vapor production. I'd say that flavor is about on par at least if not somewhat better.

ugh.

didnt the previous squape clone have a deck surface treatment that would flake off and discolor the liquid? it wasnt even an anodization, but like a paint..? that's gross and cannot be healthy.

Yes, I heard that about the Clone... I have plenty of clones of atomizers , but keep in mind you get what you pay for. Cheap materials are the norm, not wether or not it is healthy. I have an authentic squape reloaded and could not be more pleased with it. I would say wait for the real ones to be stocked. It is a fantastic single coil vape. Is it worth 170?? That's something you could ask about any atty..... For me, no regrets

I just tried mine for the first time last night! Boy, oh Boy! :2cool:It is as good as they say. And since I am waiting (patiently) for my vv3 and IPV35 to come in I used the Squape on of all things a 900mah ego battery. There was so much vapor and my juice really popped with flavor.:pop: I bought mine from the classifieds, at the same price as new, but, the nice guy who sold it, set me up with a 1.8ohm coil. I am very impressed with the quality and ease of assembly. The Swiss know how to manufacture to tight specifications! It goes together, sooo smoothly. I had to pace myself with the vaping and now, I think I can go lower with my nic levels. The SQuape R really delivers, even on a small ego batterly. (It looked like a booble-head!) This will be my last purchase for a while, but, it was the right choice.
