You are probably going to laugh at the simplicity of this technique.
It's only applicable to rba that are drilled with one or two holes and preferably a flat bottom with no reservoir. My favorite being the IGO-W modded for bottom feed by Rob and with two holes drilled a little wider then came with it.

Basically do the following. Cover both of the air holes with your fingers. Squeeze hard to the point where liquid is probably going above the holes. Since your fingers are blocking the holes, nothing will leak. Then let the liquid squonk back down. You end up with a very saturated Atty and no mess.

When the bottle gets low, I sometimes cover the air hole with my finger, then draw on the atty rather than squeezing the bottle, which brings the liquid up the tube.
I do the opposite. I cover the air hole and blow into the drip tip. This gets rid of the partial vacuum in the bottle and makes it squonk great again. I think pdib suggested this.

I run my air kinda tight, so when the bottle is full enough, it auto drips, from the suction.
But that is a great suggestion. I've always done that with my Clearos and tanks to correct the pressure and stop leaks.
