Stainless polishing?

OK I have been using Mothers on m Aluminum but now come the time I need to try and work on the SS.

A guy was not watching where he was going and bumped into me from behind and caused me to drop the SSGGTS onto the pavement. I was very ...... but the guy will live...unfortunately.

Anyway I have a few scratches two of which that will be there for some time as it is a pretty good one the rest are very light.

I want to start lightly working them off but am curious if the mothers mad and aluminium polish would be the right choice.

What all are you guys using to buff'em up?

Also for a quick wioe down I have been using 90% rubbing alcohol to remove dirt and skin oils, what else do you guys use for a quick cleaning.

I use the mothers mag & aluminum polish and it works great. I always polish and buff in a circular motion. I just woke up so I will probably add more info later.

For polishing the scratches you can't get out - take it to a machine shop or a fine jewelry store to be buffed. For my own polishing I have Autosol and Flitz - both in liquid form - less abraisive.
