Are stainless steel boge's sold from a vendor in Canada? Or will I have to find a vid and learn how to take off the papers?

Taking the stickers off is incredibly easy. Just peel from each side, then from the middle, repeat this pattern all the way around. GO SLOW! If you have the LRs you may end up with a small amount of glue on the LR engraving but it's easily scratched off with a craft knife/any knife really. Just FYI in a pinch. I honestly just do it regularly and don't worry about getting stainless steel.

They seem to be the easiest carto to peel the tape off. Just go slow like ChellyNelly said.
