Just ordered 28g and 34g from wireandstuff.co.uk... gonna try a few things. other wise I have about 900 feet of 24G 304 and 70 feet of 26g 316. Havent built with nickel in a while, and in the lasts couple months SS has replaced Kanthal for me as well. Just rebuilt my 22mm Ohmega Alpha with 26g spaces 3mm 7 wrap. wicked with Rayon and really loving it. Sadly I have quite a bit if Kanthal and Nichrome left... Its just not getting used.

I like it enough to where I don't think ill go back to other wire.
its worth the extra time pulsing for what you get.
I know most people think that ss is only for temp control....nah, wrong
I use ss for power mode and love it

I have twins of each of my mods. One is set for TC and the other is in PM. After months of playing, i still can't decide which i like better. One thing i do know is SS is where it's at! I coming up to your way in the next month and will bring you some ss clapton wire to play with. I think you will really enjoy it!

Oh Boy. Just wrapped three Crown RBA's with stainless 304 wire. I think I'm done with NI200. No in fact i am done with NI200! First of all I got pounds of 304 .020 wire. First 2 coils are contact coils flavor is good they ohm out at .29 and .28 on my DNA200 running 35 watts 450 degrees with the Steam Engine 304 cvs file and wow! What a difference in flavor! Over the top and off the hook when compared to NI200! I didn't think it could get much better until I wrapped a non contact coil. WAMMO up another notch in flavor it comes in at .34 ohms. All the coils wrapped on 2.5mm 6/7 wraps. Here is the kicker I can run them on my mechanical when I'm not wanting to tote around a box mod. Ni200 is out don't see much of a use for it in the future.

What gauge is your 304?

i use 430, 316 and 317 all in 24g so far...

do you also notice how your batteries last longer in your mechs?

This is what I grabbed. 20 bucks for almost a thousand feet. +10 bucks for shipping. Loving it.

Stainless Steel Wire Type: Safety Lock 31980105 - MSC

I also ordered wire from a different source from across the pond that was reccomended, but cant remember what the website is... when I get home tomorrow if I remember Ill look for it and post it as well.

Edit... I just realize that I posted the other website earlier in this thread... Wireandstuff.co.uk
