Standard procedure

Just curious at this moment as I just placed my 1st order with Super-T on 2/29 and my credit card has been charged, but as of today I still haven't received any confirmation of the order as yet. I have sent both, (email and pm), but still waiting on an answer. I only ordered some batteries and some tips so its not like a big deal but still would've thought some type of correspondence would've happened on their part! Is this standard procedure for Super-T?

Shoot me your name and PM and i can look up your order. As a general rule of thumb, all battery/charger/tip/atomizer orders ship within one business day of ordering, though this past week due to the influx of kick orders, it did extend to a couple of days in some cases.

Nothing in the spam folder.... My email program shows me automatically if anything is there. Just haven't received anything. I order from 10+ vendors online and none have been sent to my spam folder. Why would they be any different?

Yes, absolutely no worries. We will get you taken care of. There should be an order email generated and sent to you when you first place the order. It could be as simple as mis-type in the email adddress line when entering. Regardless, we'll have a record of it and we'll get you taken care of so enjoy your Sunday :)

@vaptamist, I didn't just get off the truck yesterday.... I have my own domain and server, so am very aware of how my mail delivery system is set up and works.... I don't work with your typical gmail or yahoo email accounts..... But thanks for trying....

Then there's even more moving pieces where it could have gone wrong - I'm sure it will get figured out tomorrow and your order is safe.

I only buy my batteries from super-t, as well. Can't beat the prices, shipping turnaround, and his understanding and testing of the product really sells it to me.
