This is going to be a strange question but has anyone had a problem with the stardust coming apart wher the plastic tank goes onto the bottom of the metal connector where it seals to
No, and the single one I have even used, has been dropped onto concrete multiple times, been cleaned out with a water pik and dried by sitting the bottom directly on a lasko baseboard heater.
Well, I would have to day good to great. I am fairly tough on my equipment and haven't had breakage or leakage. It is a quality build. In fact one guy though his was dead, so he TRIED to take it apart and couldn't do it.
I cut the bottom of mine off at the metal base with a hacksaw to fit a non ego battery with a lip and it still has not leaked at all. I have order a 510 to ego adaptor for the future though.
