If I were you, I would cut back on groceries, so you can still buy shoes. Start the afternoon off with....NEW FLAVORS!!

somedays that is very tempting! but right now all my shelved and storage bins are full, so more shoes means more storage as well...and as much as i try, my mom will not let me kick my brother out so i can use his room as a shoe closet...but im still working on it

My house is the same way. I have my closet filled with shoes. I've also taken over the closets in our two extra bedrooms. Plus, I have storage bins filled with shoes. I sold a lot on eBay, but somehow ended up replacing them with new shoes.
Definitely try to kick your brother out. It will teach him to be responsible.

I am in sexy (not) slippers and fear I will be for another week. Then no heels allowed for a month!!!!!!!!!!! NOT cool! I'm only 5 foot 1 and a half, I LOVE my heels. Although I don't have as many pairs as Kristen, and I am very very jealous of her collection. I keep telling my husband that if we sell the three year old (he is so very cute!) I'd have plenty of money for shoes, and an extra bedroom to keep them in! I don't know why he won't go for it...
Perhaps you should rent your son out to trusted friends and charge quite a bit so you can buy more shoes.
So you're a short person? I am too, but I'm 5'3." So I have 1.5" on you. I love my heels, but only wear them now when we go out and/or when we're in Chicago. Since I work from home, I wear flip flops all the time. The exception is when it's chilly; then I wear one of my six pairs of slippers.
Sorry girlies...I'm 5'8.5".....I only say that because I was 4'8.5" until after my senior year of volleyball....and then I grew a foot.....so I have a short complex...I look at girls and say "wow...they are tall"....and then i get next to them and they are a couple inches taller than I am....SHORT COMPLEX ...it's no wonder I like all you girlies and your heels

My daughter is about 5 foot 10, and is estimated to hit 6 foot by the time she finishes growing. Lucky duck. she's also model thin and beautiful.

I don't have a 'short' complex, but I'm not sure why. It's never bothered me that I'm not tall.

Yeah, my buddy Kristen and I have matching bank accounts.
And I don't have many shoes, but I've got a lot of socks.
I get them free for Christmas, birthday, stuff like that.
