Hello everyone! I was looking around at getting a higher voltage PV, but saw that APVs may be the way to go. Thing is, even after reading help threads, I still don't really know what would be best to get. I want to be able to get more vapor on a smaller draw, so that would require higher voltage right? However, some flavors taste better with lower voltage so a VV APV would also be nice. I'm not good at modding electronics myself, so any suggestions where I could buy one that would fit my needs? The only real obstacle is price, I don't have 200$+ to spend, but if theres something close to what I described that's fairly cheap, that would be awesome.

Thanks!

1. Mainly the amount of vapor i get in a shorter time. My ecig is like a 3.4v I think and it just takes too long to hit. Also want better flavor and I've heard more powerful ecigs deliver flavor better. I'm vaping Blueberry and other fruity flavors.
2. I like the pen sized ecigs, so like the ego, but I like box mod style as well. I really want it to be a bottom feeder as well.
3. That I have no idea on. I'm no expert on the atty types. All I know is mine is a bottom feeder and want to keep it that way, dont know if mine is dual coil or what not, though.

Thanks! I'm assuming that comes with the tank shown, but I don't see any info on it. Is it bottom loaded or top loaded? Highly dislike top loaded tanks if it causes them to drip liquid out the mouthpiece lol

It comes with an iClear 30(pictured), which is a dual top coil, that fills from the top.

Aside from a semi-tight draw, they work quite well and of the 3 that came with my different MVPs not one has leaked or had any issues.

Provari and MVP owner here, too.

+ 1 on the MVP. For the price and features it can't be beat. The built-in rechargeable battery will last 1, 2, maybe even 3 days between charges depending upon your vape habits. It will accept both eGo and 510 thread connections. It is durable and pocket-friendly, good for both home & out of the house.

It comes with an iClear 30 clearomizer, which being a cartotank person I actually like quite a bit. I now have a few iClear 30 clearos devoted specifically for the MVP. Best clearo I've tried yet.

Might be too early to totally disregard top coils/feeders. You'll get an iClear30 or an iClear30s with the MVP and many of Innokin's PV/mods. If that's the way you wind up going you might as well try it. I'm still on my first iClear30s and I've only cleaned it twice in the month or so that I've been using it. Pretty sturdy little .......s considering the juices I put in them. But the tank is plastic so you wouldn't want to do citrus or cinnamon. No loss for me.

I'm guessing, but i think you mean your atty's are bottom coil and not bottom feeder. The reason I say that is because when a mod is a bottom feeder it has a bottle of juice in the mod that you squeeze and feed juice upto you atty. Checkout the Reo Mod and Vmod for an example of that style.

If you want VV/VW and are cool with a box mod, that link above to an MVP 2 is a great deal. I have the MVP 1 and it performs as advertised and the battery lasts a long time between charges. Your atty's should fit on it no problem if they have a 510 or ego threaded connection.

If you want to look at inexpensive VV/VW tube mods, the Vamo, SID, and Zmax all have people who like them. With a tube mod you will need to buy separate batteries and a charger so budget accordingly.

The other option before you buy a new mod would be to try lower resistance heads in your atty. If they are replaceable, you should be able to find some replacements. With a lower resistance head your 3.4 will seem like a higher voltage because it will heat up the coil faster and hotter. Just a thought.

The iTaste VV V3 is a good choice if you want to keep it small. That is what I moved to after an Evod (ego type). The only down side is the 800 mAh battery runs out before the day is over. I didn't buy mine here, but it's the cheapest I've seen it and they are an ECF vender. This is the newer version and has additional rivets to make the device more durable. Not all venders are selling this new version.

The Iclear30 atomizer that comes with it shouldn't leak out of the mouthpiece. If it is left upside down for long enough you may get a little juice to leak out but it shouldn't be much unless you've roasted the wick and coil inside.

If you like your bottom coil atomizer now, you should be able to just screw it onto the MVP 2 and use it. Start low on the voltage and raise it until you like the vape.

Edit- your atty needs to be 510 threaded or Ego threaded though, which most are now, but if you are using a cig-a-like style it may not fit.

I think I'll go ahead and try the MVP, but one question: Since its top loaded/fed/whatever you want to call it, when you tip it upside down, is there something to keep the liquid from dripping out the mouthpiece?

As others have said, it shouldn't leak, in the odd instance it does, it will be very minimal.

Just to test it, im going to leave 2 full iclear 30's upside down on their mouthpiece over night and see if they've leaked tomorrow.

My atty is DEFINITELY ego-threaded, as I'm using an ego-t and I bought a new bottom coil atty for it and it fits perfectly. So I should be fine even if I don't like the top coil. Also, can you unscrew the wick from that atty for replacement? My bottom coil seperates from the wick by unscrewing it, but my top coil didn't.

To any of you MVP 2 owners- Do your voltage adjustment buttons rattle when you shake your mod? Also, is the On/Off output switch on the bottom flush mounted now or does it still stick out a little and make the mod wobble when you set it down?

I've got the MVP 1 and those are the 2 things I didn't like about it. I fixed the rocking switch issue, but the voltage buttons are still loose and rattle. Not a big deal, just wondering if they've changed those things.

After leaving them upside all evening/night, neither have leaked AT ALL, one had developed a tiny gurgle that burnt off with the first hit.

So they're pretty darn leak resistant, even when trying to make um leak.
