Starting a new thread in another forum

Hi,
I have been trying to post a new thread in the 'health' forum. However, although I can start a new thread in this forum I'm not allowed to in the 'health' forum. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Yes, I have been for about eight months. Just been diagnosed with mild emphysema.

New members forum is sort of a hodge podge (sp) of threads... in order for new members to get familiar with ECFs structure and where the vets know to go to pass on some of their wisdom.

Is vaping popular in Japan?

sort of.... Japan has its on ecig forum and there are a few people here on ECF that are from here... I think like a total of 7 so we are growing hehe

Do you know anyone else that vapes? I don't... and have never seen anyone else using one. However, I don't tend to vape in public, unless I have had a few drinks in the pub. Then I'll use it openly and don't mind the stares and attention.
